Telecommuting has become a challenge for organizations, which have had to rapidly adapt their personnel practices. The research's objective is to advance the knowledge and understanding of Teleworking and its interrelationships with the Family, the Business, and Sustainability. From the perspective of family behavior, we examine changes in working time patterns, in such a way that it can be more irregular and unpredictable. From the business's point of view, we will analyze the perceptions of individuals about the benefits/difficulties that teleworking implies and the differences of opinion between management bodies and labor personnel.
